All prices on somapperal.us are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that product, even after an order confirmation has been sent. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or errors in pricing or product information. Payment is processed securely through PayPal at the time of order placement. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page and are not guaranteed. Soma is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on somapperal.us — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and website design — is the property of Soma Intimates, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of somapperal.us shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
